FAQs

We have the space and flexibility to host a wide range of events from business meetings to formal dinners, seminars, cocktail parties and personally tailored informal functions for up to 120 guests.

We run casual Social Bowls competitions on Wednesdays and Saturdays from April to the end of May. Just turn up and register your name from 11:30am. Games start at 12:00pm. Cost is $10. There is more information on our Bowls > Social Bowls page on our website or follow us on Facebook.

The bar will be open at the following times:

 

October to March (Pennants Season)
Wednesday Pennants 12pm-6pm
Thursday Night Owls 6pm-10:30pm
Friday Happy Hours 4:30pm-7:30pm
Saturday Pennants 12pm-7pm

 

 

April to September (Non-Pennants Season)

Friday Happy Hour 4:30pm-7:30pm
and if Social Bowls is being played:
Wednesday 11:30am-6pm
Saturday 11:30am-6pm

Night Owls consists of two 10-week seasons. It commences on Thursday nights in October, breaks over Christmas and then recommences in mid January. For more information, or to register a team, go to the Bowls > Night Owls page on our website.

The Club Office is open on Mondays from 9:30am to 12pm (except public holidays).

Night Owls and Social Bowls are casual so any comfortable clothing is suitable. However, flat-soled shoes are compulsory so that the greens aren’t damaged in any way. Bare feet are also allowed!


For the Pennant Competition, players are required to wear the TBBC uniform. All new members receive a free Toorak Tigers shirt as part of their membership.

Yes, you can! There are a number of different membership categories from full Pennant playing members to Associate and Junior memberships. More details can be found on the About Us > Memberships page on our website.

The Club is located in the tranquil suburban streets of Toorak Gardens away from main roads. There is ample street parking available. Disabled carparks are available on Giles Street just outside the main entrance.
